so i had to attend work's bi-monthly, wine tasting session yesterday.

and according to one sophisticated palate, "The red wine had a 'minerally' taste at the end. You know, like crushed rocks."

Hmm... sometimes I have that same impression when I'm having Char Kuay Teow after playing beach volleyball. Or that time I had that chicken rice...

The Maxwell Road Market Chicken Rice has a full bouquet with plenty of body, lightly spiced. The aged late summer chicken harvest has a 'minerally' taste at the end. You know, like crushed rocks.

I swear, it did taste like that.
